Delivery Policy

We sincerely appreciate your business and want your shopping experience at our store to be an enjoyable one. We need your help to make sure no problems arise and to be able to continue to offer the best value possible.

Please read our Delivery Policy as to avoid any problems.

Our basic delivery charge is for one product to your address on the first floor.

  1. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure there is sufficient space to deliver the appliance without damaging the appliance or your home. We will be glad to provide dimensions for your new appliance. You must measure entrances, pathways, and doorframes that the unit will pass through during the delivery, and call us prior to delivery if there is a problem. Keep in mind that manufacturers may not include handles, knobs, hoses, etc. in the dimensions. In the event of a tight fit, it is your (or the delivery recipient's) responsibility to decide if the delivery personnel should complete the delivery. If we are asked to come back, there will be an additional charge. We will not be responsible for damages to your home or purchase in the event of a tight fit. If a product does not fit into your home, you will be responsible for the delivery charges.
  2. We do not have carpenters, electricians, or plumbers doing deliveries on our truck. If we did, your cost would be tremendously higher. We encourage you to remove your own doors or hire your own plumber, electrician or carpenter if needed. In the event a delivery exceeds normal expectations, additional charges will apply and the store cannot accept any responsibility for damages.
  3. We work on very low margins and time is money. There is substantial cost to put two men and a truck on the street. Once our people arrive at your home, in order to keep their schedules and commitment to other customers, they must work efficiently and quickly. This means that you must make sure that no special circumstances exist or special parts, tools, or equipment are needed. In the event that we cannot complete the delivery because we were not advised of any special conditions, additional charges will apply if we are required to return.
  4. Customer is responsible for disconnecting old appliance. In the event we are to remove or install an appliance, the old appliance must be disconnected. Delivery personnel are not plumbers, electricians or carpenters and will not disconnect or connect gas/water lines, electrical cords, old plumbing, special hook-ups, etc. If needed, we can arrange for professional installation.
